1. Company Information & Acceptance

Welcome to Dikshit Products Exporters ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (https://dikshitproductexporters.com) and the purchase of our handcrafted brassware, decorative items, and festive illuminations.

2. Pricing, Taxes & Statutory Levies

All catalog product prices are listed as Exclusive Base Amounts in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹). In strict compliance with Indian taxation laws:

• Goods and Services Tax (GST 18%): Applicable statutory GST at 18% (split into CGST 9% + SGST 9% for deliveries within Maharashtra, or IGST 18% for deliveries outside Maharashtra and international exports) is automatically calculated and added during checkout.
• Miscellaneous Fee: A nominal administrative and handling fee of ₹50.00 is applied per order.
• Packaging: Heavy-duty transit foam and international export cargo boxing are provided complimentary.

3. Secure Online Payments

Online payments are securely processed through our authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We support Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express), Net Banking across all major scheduled banks, and Unified Payments Interface (UPI). By completing checkout, you authorize our gateway partner to charge your selected payment method for the gross invoice total.

4. Artisan Craftsmanship & Natural Variations

Our brassware, temple kalash artifacts, urlis, and decor pieces are crafted by skilled master artisans. Due to the handcrafted sand-casting and antique lacquer coating processes, minor variations in weight, polish hue, or antique patina are intrinsic characteristics of authentic Indian metalcraft and are not deemed defects.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order directly from their account or tracking dashboard within 3 hours of order placement. Once the 3-hour window has elapsed, the order enters final transit preparation and packaging, and automated cancellation closes. For complete terms, refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These terms and all commercial transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
